In ancient times, there was a powerful digimon, Louhimon, and her warriors, who had been entrusted to care for the five Stones or Rebirth (Stone of Aston, Cadence, Ipar, Hazar, and Riland.) These are stones of great power that are said to hold the very essence of ancient digicode and capable of either restoring, or destroying, the digital world.

However, a power, darker than she, wanted the Isis stones and the power contained with in them, Ravanamon, the shape shifter.

Ravanamon and Louhimon battled, some say for 1000's years, until Yggdrasil stepped in and ended the fighting. In an effort to hide the stones, Louhimon, and the warriors, sealed them far away in the digital world, declaring that only the digivice of a digidestined can unlock the seal. This act cost the warriors their lives. Louhimon sealed their spirits. So if ever the digital world needed their power, they would be there.

Soon, darkness took over the Digital world, the stones were no longer there to keep the darkness at bay. Louhimon claimed that the Stones of Rebirth were needed to help restore the world. The darkness had imprisoned her, making her unable to collect the Stones herself. Using the last of her powers, she summoned human children, leaving them with a message to awaken the warriors, and bring the stones together again...

Personality: Arrogant and perv. Michael's very full of himself and a little overconfident. Most definitely a leap before you look kind of guy. He's passionate and has a strong sense of justice.
Bio: Lives with his parents and younger sister Mya. They're fairly well off and live in a nice sized two story home. They have a dog, golden retriever named Max.

Personality: Alex is fun. He likes having fun often at the expense of important matters. He's irresponsible and brags about it. He cracks jokes and tends to keep the group's spirits up, even when things are looking grim.
Bio: Lives with his Dad and stepmother in an apartment. They're fairly close knit but Alex often fights with his father over his grades.

Name: Kayla Kelly
Age: 15

Forms: Human: Kazemon; beast: Unknown
Personality: Kayla's a sweet girl and generally very naive. She's curious and not really a high maintenance kind of girl. She likes to have fun. But also knows there's a time and place for it.
Bio: Lives with her older brother Trent. Her parents died when she was 12.

Personality: Emily is pretty rough around the edges. Shes a tomboy, and isnt afraid to get dirty. She's a nice girl, but she can get mean. She tends to look after people she gets attached to.
Bio: Emily lives with her father. her parents split when she was only 9, and she chose to go with her dad. She has a younger brother, Tyson, that lives with her mother.

Personality: Skyer is a pretty shy kid, until you get to know him. He can be a wuss at times, but when his younger brother is in trouble he goes into hero mode.
Bio: Skyler lives with his mother, father, and younger brother, Jamie. They have a dog, a huskey named Snow. His father works for the goverment, so they live well off.

Personality: Jamie can be a little reckless at times, he is still young, and has yet to learn how to take care of himself. He looks up to his brother Skyler. Both have a tight relationship.

"This is the final call for bus #6!"

The voice over the intercom was grating and cut out every other word. Alex looked annoyed as he checked his watch. Bus 6 was his bus. He rode it everyday. And he stood on the empty looking bus stop. The bus was late. Which was probably why the bus stop was empty. Most people either took a cab or walked. But not Alex. He was a trooper. He was going to stick it out.

He glanced to his left when he noticed another person standing with him. He was a familiar face. Probably another passenger. The older boy looked twice as peeved as Alex did. "Bus is late." Alex muttered and the stranger nodded.

"AM I LATE?"

The two boys looked in the other direction. A girl with long blond hair dashed down the sidewalk and skidded to a stop in front of them. "Did I miss the bus?" She asked, panting.

Alex shook his head. "Nah. It's late. Might as well sit. The name's Alex."

"I'm Kayla." The girl said with a bright smile.

"Michael." The eldest replied as he took a seat on the bench. "And now we play the waiting game."

"We're gunna be late!" The blond teen shouted, pulling the younger boy behind him. The two dashed down the street, and skidded to a stop in front of the group of teens. The young brunette pouted, "Skyler!" he cried in a whiny voice, "You didn't have to pull me down the street!"

The blond was about to respond, but noticed the small ground of teens watching the scene unfold. He glanced up at the, ran a hand through his hair, and grinned a sheepish grin, "D-did we miss the bus?"

Before any of the teens could answer, another person ran toward the bus stop, screaming questions about missing the bus or not. Skyler looked over, it was a short haired girl. She came to a hault, and panted. "So, did I miss it?"

Michael tilted his head back and let out a frustrated groan as he slid further down the bench. He was tired of waiting and just wished his parents would get him a car already. He kept a quiet ear on what Alex and Kayla had began talking about. "How long have you lived here?" She asked, brushing some of her hair out of her face.

"A few years. Not very long." Alex shrugged his shoulders and tossed a glance in Michael's direction. "What about you, Pretty Boy?"

Michael snorted. "Pretty Boy? Name's Michael." He answered curtly. Alex shrugged his shoulders as he noticed that their little group had grown. Two boys and another girl.

"Nah. Bus's late." Kayla said before Alex had the chance. "We're all waiting for it."

Michael sat up on the bench when he heard the faint noises and the giant frame of the bus rolling down the street towards them. "Bout damn time he muttered as he stood up.

Kayla stood behind Michael and smiled at the new people. "I'm Kayla. That's Alex. And he's Michael. What's your names?"

"I'm Jamie!" The young brunette piped up, jumping in front of his shy older brother. He flashed the trio a large grin. The elder brother ruffled his brothers' hair. "I'm Skyler, or Sky for short." He answered kindly. he jerked around as the bus started to come into view.

"Bus is here, bus is here!" The youngest kid cheered. Skyler frowned at his brother, "Jamie, stop acting like a five year old!"

As the bus pulled up, all the kids mumbled about how it was late, or finally here, or random curse words under their breathe. The short haired girl dashed onto the buses steps. She turned around to face the rest of the gang, "I'm Emily, by the way!" She spoke, then ran onto the bus. The rest of the kids piled on, and the bus doors shut, and the engine roared.

Kayla grinned. "Nice to meet you, Jamie and Skyler." She turned and ran on to the bus after the girl called Emily. She took a seat near the back and looked around. It was kind of odd. There was no one else on the bus.

Alex followed Kayla toward the back and took a seat in the very last seat. It was far too quiet for his tastes, so he was going to wait for the perfect moment to stir things up a bit. Maybe mess with that Michael kid.

Michael sat in the middle of the bus, kicking his legs up on the seat in front of him. "Yo!" He yelled to the front of the bus. The driver shifted, but his face remained shrouded in shadow. "Why isn't there anyone else on this rust bucket?"

Skyler and Jamie entered the bus last, with Jamie running to the back and sitting beside the girl who had greeted them. "Hiya!" He chirped.

Skyler on the other hand, sat in a seat by himself. he heard Michael call out to the driver, who didnt respond. "Maybe he didnt hear you...?" he spoke softly. He shook his head, he got a weird vibe from the empty bus. His statement clearly could be true, the boy had shouted, everyone could hear him.

He glanced over his shoulder, making sure his brother was safe. He was pestering that girl, 'What a brat.' he thought. He watched as the short haired girl switched seats, to sit across from his brother and the blond.

Kayla grinned happily at Jamie. She didn't mind him. She liked the company. "Are you from around here too, Jamie?" She asked, smiling wide. Alex had moved up, closer to the short haired girl. Emily he thought she said her name was. "Hey Emily. Wanna help me play a prank?"

Michael scowled. He didn't like being ignored. The bus lurched forward, as the doors closed with a hissing sound. He stood as the bus began barreling down the street. He moved toward the driver. "Hey! Mister. Are you deaf or something?" He reached forward to touch the man's shoulder, but quickly retracted it when he realized the driver faded in and out. "WHAT THE HELL! He's not real!"

Alex's attention turned toward Michael who stood with a horrified expression on his face. Kayla stopped grinning when she noticed how quiet everyone became. "What do you mean, 'not real'?"

Jamie nodded, swinging his legs back and forth. "My brother and I live near the bike store." He answered. He watched as his brother sat alone, and then he noticed the brunette boy switch seats, and sit beside Emily, the short haired girl. he could see the two whisper to each other.

A mischievous grin spread across Emily's features. "What kind of prank?" She whispered, her eyes lighting up at the mention of some fun.

"WHAT THE HELL! He's not real!"

Everyone jerked their heads to look at the black haired boy known as Michael. The 'bus driver' flickered in and out of existence. "What do you mean, 'not real'?" Kayla asked, barely audible, in shock at the drivers flickering.

Jamie looked up with fear written all over his face. Skyler stood in the aisle of the bus, "W-What's going o-on?" He whispered.

Emily quickly came to Michael's side, as if to make sure this driver didn't exist. She stuck her hand out and like before, the driver faded in and out of existence and she exchanged a glance with Michael.

"Well I suppose there's no need to keep this farce up."

The kids looked around at the sound of the mysterious voice. "Who's there?" Alex shouted.

"No need to yell kid. I'm right here." The voice spoke again.

Alex snorted and shoved his hands down into his pockets. "Oh sure. You're right here you say? Riiiight. Are you just some random disembodied voice or the bus?"

Michael shot Alex a dirty look before the voice laughed and the bus rattled as he did so. "You are correct, I am the bus. I am a Busmon ((do not make fun of my poor naming digimon skills))."

"Busmon?" Skyler pipped up. "What's that?"

The rest of the kids made their way to the front like Emily. The driver flickered as each kid waved their hands through it. The bus chuckled again. "I will answer your question as soon as you kids stop doing that. Others outside will have a fit when they see a bus moving with no driver."

The kids all stopped, some mumbling apologies. "So, what is a Busmon?" Jamie piped up, taking place beside his brother.

"I am a Busmon. I am a Digimon, short for Digital Monster-

"Monsters?! Cool!" Jamie shouted with child-like glee. Skyler hushed his brother by clamping his hand over his mouth. He could see Emily and Kayla giggle at his actions.

"Digital Monster." The bus cleared its throat. "We come from the Digital World. That is where we are going."

"What's the Digital World?" Emily asked with interest. She propped her elbows up on the first seat in the bus, leaning against it.

"I don't care what it is, what do you mean by 'we're going there'?!" Alex said in a slightly raised voice. "I'm not going anywhere with a talking bus! let me off!"

"Calm down, Kid." Michael said as he took a seat next to Emily. "I'm pretty sure Bus Boy will take us home if you ask him nicely."

The Busmon snorted at the nickname before speaking again. "I'm afraid I can't do that. The Digital World is in danger. We need the help of the Digidestined."

The kids murmured among themselves before Alex throw his hands up in the air. "Then go find the Digi-whatevers. And let us off this rust bucket."

Kayla shook her head. Alex was being just a little obnoxious. And it was starting to get annoying.

Busmon chuckled again before speaking. "You are the digidestined."

Michael sat up in his seat and leaned forward, almost as though he could see the face of the person they were carrying on their conversation with. "We're digi...destined or whatever? So we're like gonna save the world or something?"

"We're just kids, we can't do... whatever it is you want us to do." Skyler said, keeping his hand firmly over his brothers mouth, knowing we would be totally into whatever the bus was talking about. Jamie on the other hand, was attempting to speak, and pull his brothers hands off his face.

Emily spoke up, "No matter how cool this sounds, Skyler is right. Also, how do we know this isn't some sick joke? Someone could just be talking to us through a mic."

Alex slummed down in a free seat, crossing his arms across his chest. "I don't care if it is a joke, I want off now."

Kayla was getting fed up with Alex, "Oh, stop whining. This whole thing is weird for all of us. If its a joke, you're the one fueling it by reacting. If it isn't a joke, then well, I guess we're these... Digidestined."
